Follow along as I start from scratch and go from zero to retirement in 22 months. Watch my failures, my successes, my techniques, and ask questions.

Look…Everyone wants to live the American Dream.

Everyone wants to be able to live the good life, absent of money worries and the other added stresses and the lack that comes from not being able to meet money needs and wants.

Most people do what they have to, so that they can eventually do what they want to…BUT there’s a huge problem with this!

It is rare that anyone ever gets to do the second part of that statement. They don’t get to enjoy doing what they want to do…and most of the time, it’s because of the lack of money.

When is the last time you went on a really, really good vacation? …AND when is the last time you could stay for as long as you wanted, and didn’t have to worry about how much money you spent.

When is the last time you’ve done that two or three times in 1 year, with no worries, or at all for that matter?

Let me ask you this…

Are you doing what you love?

This is something else that just bothers me about the state of most people in the world. They have so much inside of them that they’d like to share with the world, but may NEVER get to do it because they are stuck with just trying to get by and can’t seem to find a way out of the rat circle or rat race…

…And my most important reason for doing this is: I love love love kids. I would like to see young folks really get the chance to enjoy life and have the necessary money and resources to make it in this world.

I want to change the world and it starts with our youth! …And if you are well off, so are they.

So, what am I going to do?

I am a Real Estate Investor.

I am going to show you how you can retire in 22 months, investing in real estate by showing (revealing) to you what I do daily and weekly investing in real estate myself.

…BUT…

I am going to start from scratch. I am not going to use any of the properties that we own now.

I don’t care how old you are, where your from, your previous experience, race, gender…

None of that matters.

Oh Yeah, I am not a big corporation or some fancy firm. It’s just me and my wife…for now…

Together, we (me and you) are going to make enough money that you can retire in 22 months, AND have enough money that you can live off the returns invested at 12%…

…And I will show you how to do this without any long term tenants, with little or no money of your own, without banks, working legally and ethically, AND most importantly without any risk. I’ll even show you how to make money in real estate investing without ever having to sell a home… And you can do this exactly where you live right now.

What does that mean to you?

It means that you can live the life of your dreams and not skimp. You can actually go on that vacation, pay for that sports league for your kids, visit your family and friends, pay for tuition…

Whatever you want! Whatever you’ve been dreaming of!
